Motivation and How to Get Motivated

How many times have you started enthusiastically a weight loss program, began a bodybuilding or aerobics training program, or started learning a foreign language, only to stop after a short while?

Often, there is lack of motivation, or only a short-lived one.

Motivation has become a popular term nowadays. There are motivational coaches and speakers, and motivational books and articles. What is it actually, and why do you need it?

Motivation is a driving force. In order to accomplish anything, you need a driving force, otherwise nothing will happen. A wish is not strong enough to make you take action. A wish is a weak desire. Only a strong desire can drive you forward, to act and accomplish aims and goals.

In order to get motivated, you need to know exactly what it is that you want, to possess a strong desire, and to be willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish your goal.

It easier to display motivation in connection with short-term goals. When it comes to long-term goals, it is not always possible to sustain the motivation for a longer period of time. This is why it is wiser to start with small goals, and after gaining experience with being motivated, you proceed to bigger goals.

If you desire to get a certain object, or accomplish a certain goal, but you don't feel motivated enough to act, it means that the desire or goal are not important enough. To be motivated to take action and do something in respect to your goal, you need to possess a strong desire.

Motivation has much to do with the emotions and the imagination, which means that if you want to increase it, you have to work on your feelings and imagination.

Emperor Akbar was in the habit of putting riddles and puzzles to his courtiers. He often asked questions which were strange and witty. It took much wisdom to answer these questions. 



Once he asked a very strange question. The courtiers were dumb folded by his question. 


Today Nothing Special Happen To Share With All Of You

Akbar glanced at his courtiers. As he looked, one by one the heads began to hang low in search of an answer. It was at this moment that Birbal entered the courtyard. Birbal who knew the nature of the emperor quickly grasped the situation and asked, "May I know the question so that I can try for an answer".



Akbar said, "How many crows are there in this city?"



Without even a moment's thought, Birbal replied "There are fifty thousand five hundred and eighty nine crows, my lord".



"How can you be so sure?" asked Akbar.



Birbal said, "Make you men count, My lord. If you find more crows it means some have come to visit their relatives here. If you find less number of crows it means some have gone to visit their relatives elsewhere".



Akbar was pleased very much by Birbal's wit.

A Story: The Challange चुनौती

Today Nothing To Write So i Decided To Write A Story I Hope You All Will Like That

वृन्दावन गया था। बाँके बिहारी के दर्शन करने के पश्चात् मन में आया कि
यमुना के पवित्र जल में भी डुबकी लगाता चलूँ। पवित्र नदियों में स्नान करने का
अवसर रोज-रोज थोड़े ही मिलता है।

यमुना के घाट सुनसान से थे। हाँ, बन्दरों की सेना अवश्य अपनी इच्छानुसार
वहाँ विचरण कर रही थी। सीढ़ियाँ और बारादरियाँ टूटी-फूटी पड़ी थी। लगा कि
वहाँ महीनों से सफाई नहीं हुई है। परन्तु मुझे तो स्नान करना ही था। जल में प्रवेश
करने से पूर्व मैंने दोर्नो हाथ जोड़कर ऊँची आवाज में कहा-"यमुना मैया, तुम्हारी
जय!''

''मुझे मैया नहीं, अपनी दासी कहो बेटा। और दासियों की जय कभी नहीं
बोली जाती।'' अचानक एक उदास-सा स्वर मेरे कानों में पड़ा, जैसे कि कोई
दुखिया बूढ़ी औरत बोल रही हो।

मैंने चौंक कर इधर-उधर देखा। घाट पर मेरे अतिरिक्त अन्य कोई था ही
नहीं। सोचा कि मेरे मन का वहम रहा होगा। कोई बूढ़ी औरत वहाँ होती तो दिखाई
ज़रूर देती।

मैंने झुककर हाथ से जल का स्पर्श किया, उसे माथे से छुआते हुए
कहा-"माँ, मुझे अपने पवित्र जल में स्नान करने की आज्ञा दें।"

इतना कहकर मैंने अपना दायाँ पाँव आगे बढ़ाया ही था कि फिर से वही
स्वर सुनाई दिया- "बेटा, दासियों से आज्ञा माँगना कब से शुरू कर दिया तुम लोगों
ने? इसमें डुबकी लगाकर क्यों अपनी सेंट लगी देह को गंदी और बदबूदार बनाना
चाहते हो?''

आवाज सुनकर एक तरह से जड़ होकर रह गया था मैं। मैं समझ गया था
कि आवाज यमुना के भीतर से ही आ रही है। इसलिए साहस करके कहा- "माँ
जी, हम भारतवासियों के लिए तो आप हमेशा से ही माँ से बढ़कर वंदनीय तथा
पवित्र रही हैं और रहेंगी। कृपया, स्वयं को दासी मत कहिए।''

"बेटा, तुम लोगों ने मेरे साथ जैसा व्यवहार किया है, ऐसा सिर्फ दास-दासियों
के साथ ही हुआ करता है। मुझ पर बाँध बनाए, विद्युत पैदा की। खेतों की सिंचाई
की, पीने को जल लिया। बदले में मेरी सूखती जलधार में सभी नगरों के गन्दे नाले
तथा कारखानों के उत्सृज्य पदार्थ मुझमें धकेल दिए। मेरे किनारों पर खड़े पेड़ों को काटकर वहां सुन्दर-सुन्दर भवन बना डाले । इस प्रकार अब मैं सूर्य-पुत्री कालिन्दी नहीं, मानव मात्र के टट्टी-पेशाब, थूक और मवाद को बहा ले जाने वाली एक गन्दी नाली बनकर रह गई हूँ। चलो छोड़ो, यदि आज तुम आँख व नाक बंद किये बिना एक डुबकी लगाकर दिखा दो तो, तभी मैं तुम्हें अपना पुत्र मानकर आर्शीवाद दूँगी। '' यमुना मैया मुझे चुनौती दे रही थी।

मैं तो स्नान करने के लिए तैयार ही था। अपने दोनों पाँव अभी मैंने पानी में रखे ही थे कि हवा के एक तेज झोंके के साथ तीखी बदबू बलपूर्वक मेरे नथुनों में घुस गई। मेरी आँखों के ठीक सामने से किसी इनसान की टट्टी का एक लौंदा जल में तैरता हुआ निकल रहा था। मन कच्चा हो आया, लगा कि उलटी होगी। मैं उलटे पाँव घाट से बाहर की ओर दौड़ पड़ा।

किसी बुढ़िया के सिसकने का स्वर मेरा पीछा कर रहा था।

Years and Year passed now i m 14 year old and i was in class 10th i complete my high school and go Neem Ka Thana, Sikar for studies here i am doing my polytechnic diploma in Engineering (CS) now its complete on 2013.
at that time i was just thinking what should i do now so next year i complete my senior and take admission in graduation. its running on but my father want that i will be a government servant so he said can u do D.ed. (Diploma in special education) now i m doing it at Jaipur (Rajasthan) here its on its way and i m worried about my future  bcz in India there is rarely jobs for General category But i m trying my Best For The Results Lets See Whats happend to the next.
ohh i forget in 2009 i was in Delhi cz my brother lives there my love life starts from Delhi not a girlfriend but yes first female friend and in 2013 i do my first kiss and the year 2014 i found my love but at this present time we are not together i hope she will be happy and i want she will happy and year 2012 i was on the Vacations of South India I Visited Many places Like Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari, Tiruvantpuram, Puri, Odisa and many other places this trip will be memorable for me for life time cz this was my first trip
and now i wish i will go many of places i want see everywhere cz life doesn't give another chance so enjoy today.
